If you agency allows it, you can create a new app user account directly from within the app. You will need to verify your email address and then login using the credentials emailed to you. If your agency has stricter security then you will need to request access from you app admin. Apex Mobile has two types of users: admin and app. If you are using the mobile app then you be logging in as a normal app user. If you are trying to change content, menu items, send push notifications, or any other app administration then you need to log into the Apex Mobile CMS portal located here: https://my.apexmobile.net.
