Please ensure your phone is enabled to download files from ‘Unknown Sources.’ You can do so by following the steps below:
- Open Settings:
- Tap on the magnifying glass icon
- Type in “Unknown” in the search field, and results for “install Unknown Apps” (or alternatively, “Unknown Sources'') will appear. In the example below, there are 2 results; either option is fine:
- In the Special Access menu, tap “Install Unknown Apps”
- Make sure your default browser is checked on. In the example below, the default browser is Chrome:
