CREATING AND LINKING FAQs

Part 1 - Create a new FAQ Category

STEP 1 - Login in to CMS with CMS Admin Credentials at https://my.apexmobile.net

STEP 2 - Click "Content" then "FAQ”

STEP 3 - Click the "Groups” tab

STEP 4 - Click “Add New”, Then fill in the “Type” with a title (often FAQs), then click “Submit”

STEP 4 - Click the “List/FAQ” tab, then “Add New”

STEP 5 - Select the type that you set up previously, then add in a Question or Title and then an Answer or Description

Part 2 - Add the FAQ List to the home screen

STEP 1 - Click "Menu" on the top menu bar in the CMS

STEP 2 - Click the blue "Add New" Button in the top right corner

STEP 3 - Add a title, description, and icon

STEP 4 - For "Type" select "FAQ"

STEP 5 - Select the FAQ List from the drop down

STEP 6 - Click Save Changes
