Twilio - Add ability to text form to individual

Please keep in mind that fillable PDF's do not send via text. However, the collected information can be sent to a person.

STEP 1 - Log in to ApexForms, click "Forms" and click "Edit" on the form you'd like to edit

STEP 2 - On the main form, click "Advanced" on the right hand side. Click "Phone Number" to add a field that collects the phone number. Click Save.

STEP 3 - Click "Twilio" near the top of the screen

STEP 4 - Click "Add New"

STEP 5 - Name the notification. Select a "FROM" phone number (your agency has one that they normally use. It will be the one with your area code)

STEP 6 - Click the drop down for "To Number". Select "Phone" or whatever you named that phone field

STEP 7 - Click the {..} icon next to "Message". Select "All Form Fields"

STEP 8 - Click "Save Settings"
