FAQ's/Lists - Create and link FAQ's

STEP 1 - NAVIGATE TO THE FAQs TAB

  • Log in to your CMS
  • Click “Content” in the top right menu
  • Click “FAQ”

STEP 2 - SET UP YOUR FAQ TYPES

  • Click the “Groups” tab on the left side
  • Click the “Add New” button
  • Fill out the field to name your FAQ Type. Most agencies have a “General FAQs”. Some have additional FAQs for specific departments (like animal shelter or a detention center)

STEP 3 - ADD FAQs

  • Click the “List/FAQ” tab on the left side
  • Click the “Add New” button
  • Fill in the fields and press the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. Select the “Type” to coincide with the FAQ.

STEP 4 - LINK YOUR FAQ TYPE TO AN ICON ON YOUR APP

  • Click “Menus” in the top right hand corner
  • Click the blue “Add New” button
  • Enter the Title/Description/Icon
  • Select “FAQ” as the “Item Type”
  • Under “FAQ Type” select the FAQ Group that you would like to display
  • Click the “Save Changes” Button
