**Please note that to use the in-app communication center your agency will have to enable the communication center and login in the app home screen menu. Please email us to get that set up**
- You will need to use your APP USER LOGIN (note this is NOT the CMS Admin login) and be assigned the group that can see the Communication Center icon.
- Log in with your App User Login by clicking the "Login" button from your app
- Click the "Communication Center" icon
- Enter the pin. The default pin is 1234.
- Click "Send Notification" or "Send Message"
- Enter your notification and click "Send"
