Cases - Add a New Case

From the CMS, Navigate to the "Content" tab, then "Cases"
- Click the blue "Add New" button
- Select the case type **note - case types are set up via the "types" tab. There is a separate FAQ about this**
- Put in the desired information
- Press "Submit"
- This will automatically add the case to your "Cases" icon
