IRIS - Advisements - Add and manage advisements

Advisements are controlled through the Apex CMS.  You must first log in to the CMS to work with advisements.

PART 1 - ADDING AN ADVISEMENT CATEGORY

- Click the "Content" tab on the CMS
- Click "FAQ's"
- Select the "Groups" tab on the left side of the page
- Click the "Add New" button on the right side of the page
- Name the Group "Advisements"
- Click "Submit"

PART 2 - ADD ADVISEMENTS

- Click the "Content" tab on the CMS
- Click "FAQ's"
- Select the "List/FAQ's" tab on the left side of the page
- Click the "Add New" button on the right side of the page
- Under "Type" select "Advisements"
- Enter the topic in the "Question/Title" space
- Enter the rest of the information in the "Answer/Description" space
- Click "Submit"

PART 3 - CREATING AN ADVISEMENT ICON ON THE HOMESCREEN 

- Click the "Menu" tab on the CMS
- Click the "Add New" button on the right side
- Add and title, description and icon (icons can be found on flaticons.net)
- For "Item Type" select "FAQ"
- Select "Advisements" under the "Select FAQ" space
- Click "Save Changes"

PART 4 - EDITING AN EXISTING ADVISEMENT

- Click the "Content" tab on the CMS
- Click "FAQ's"
- Select the "List/FAQ's" tab on the left side of the page
- Find the Advisement that you'd like to edit
- Select the pencil icon to the right of that Advisement
- Click "Submit"

PART 5 - DELETING AN EXISTING ADVISEMENT

- Click the "Content" tab on the CMS
- Click "FAQ's"
- Select the "List/FAQ's" tab on the left side of the page
- Find the Advisement that you'd like to edit
- Select the trash can icon to the right of that Advisement
- Click "Yes" to finalize the deletion
