Create Cases

STEP 1 - NAVIGATE TO THE CASES TAB

  • Log in to your CMS
  • Click “Content” in the top right menu
  • Click “Cases”

STEP 2 - SET UP YOUR CASE TYPES

  • Click the “Police Case Types” tab on the left side
  • Click the “Add New” button
  • Fill out the fields. Make sure that the “Active” is set to “yes”

STEP 3 - ADD CASES

  • Click the “Police Case Records” tab on the left side
  • Click the “Add New” button
  • Fill in the fields and press the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page

STEP 4 - LINK YOUR CASE TYPE TO AN ICON ON YOUR APP

  • Click “Menus” in the top right hand corner
  • Click the blue “Add New” button
  • Enter the Title/Description/Icon
  • Select “Case Report” as the “Item Type”
  • Under “Select Case” select the Case Type that you would like to display
  • Click the “Save Changes” Button
