Logging In To The Backend - What Platform Do I Need and How Do I Log In?

The Apex Mobile Platform has four logins depending on what you are trying to work on. Depending on your plan you may need one, two, or all three of these logins. Use this chart to determine which platform you will use:

HOW TO LOG IN TO CMS

Go to https://my.apexmobile.net
Enter the credentials supplied to you in your initial demo email
If you cannot remember your password just enter your email (the one that we’ve been communicating with you on) and click the “Forgot Password” button for a password reset

HOW TO LOG IN TO THE APEX USER PORTAL (Apex Cards)

You will receive an email with credentials. The URL will be: app.apexcards.net/[AGENCY]/login
Got to your agency’s URL
Enter the credentials supplied to you in the email.

HOW TO LOG IN TO APEX FORMS

You will receive a set of credentials via email with admin credentials. The URL will have /wp-admin at the end of it. This is your login for Apex Forms.

HOW TO LOG IN TO LIGHTHOUSE HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Go to lighthousehw.org/wp-admin
Enter your agency’s code
Click “Admin Login”
Enter the credentials that were sent to you
