HOW TO LOG IN TO APEX FORMS

• You will receive a set of credentials via email with admin credentials. The URL will have /wp-admin at the end of it. This is your login for Apex Forms.
• Enter the credentials on the log-in screen
• If you cannot remember your password please select "Forgot Password" on the login screen.  It will send you a new password if your email has been registered.
